On Monday August 6, 2021, we at Nahid had the pleasure of hosting a VIP Agent Launch Event to celebrate our highly anticipated project, Nahid Kennedy. The event took place at our newly designed Nahid Décor Centre, which we had been working on during the COVID-19 lockdown and what better way to finally reveal the space than during this event! Upon arrival, agents were warmly greeted by staff and offered a glass of prosecco as they walked down an elegant red carpet.
At the Nahid Décor Centre, agents got an exclusive preview of the stunning Nahid Kennedy scale model as well as, two Nahid Kennedy sample kitchens and the various colour selections that future residents can choose from. During the event, guests indulged in delicious hors d’oeuvres prepared by Daniel et Daniel Catering including Whitefish Tacos, Adobe Beef Short Rib, Tandoori Chicken Roulade, and other amazing dishes. Our wonderful photographer and videographers from Arivano were also present to capture the event and take memorable photos of the guests in front of a Nahid branded photo wall. Throughout the event, members of both the Nahid and Baker team were extremely helpful in answering any questions agents had regarding sales and general information about the building.
The event concluded with some valuable words by the Vice President of Baker, Steve Cicekian and the Business Development Manager of Nahid, Shaun Zandnia. Steve announced the exclusive sales incentives for the VIP Agents who attended this event and also highlighted the wonderful features & finishes of the project which include soaring 9ft ceilings, European style kitchen cabinets and vanities, wide plank laminate flooring, granite or quartz kitchen countertops, integrated Nahid Smart System features and much more. Shaun warmly thanked the brokers for coming out to this special event on behalf of the entire Nahid team and shared further insights on what makes Nahid Kennedy so unique.
